Oil dirt cleaning on oil fume purifier

Lampblack purifier is a common purification equipment in commercial service restaurant kitchen. After being used for a while, it usually produces oil stains and stains. If it is not handled properly, it may affect the purification effect of the equipment, and even cause fire. Therefore, the oil fume purifier should be cleaned and treated regularly. Many friends will think that it is too cumbersome to clean up the lampblack purifier. In fact, it is not as difficult as they think. It is often said that the cleaning of the oil fume purifier actually refers to the cleaning of the movement in the purifier, which is not difficult.

Generally, the cleaning process of cooking fume purifier is as follows:

1. Disassembly and cleaning parts: first disconnect the power supply of the lampblack purifier (after the power supply is disconnected, the equipment still has residual power, which needs to be discharged or powered off for 3 minutes before the next stage of operation) and remove the movement from the equipment.

Soak cleaning parts: find a relatively large container, pour in clean water (it is recommended to use warm water of about 50 ℃) and then pour in the special cleaning agent for oil fume purifier (because the movement is mostly made of aluminum, remember not to use corrosive cleaning materials), and put the removed parts in it for soaking. The quantity of cleaning agent need not be too little or too much, usually the ratio of 1:20 cleaning agent mixed with water, and the water solution should be able to soak the removed cleaning parts. Large parts of cooking fume purifier should be washed with dishcloth dipped in cleaning solution# The soaking time of oil fume purifier and cleaning parts depends on the degree of oil contamination, usually 15-20 minutes.

3. Brush and wash dirty parts: it is easy to clean the oil stained parts after immersion. Usually, wash them with a high-pressure water gun, and then wash them repeatedly with a brush or towel dipped in the cleaning solution. But the oil fume purifier with serious oil pollution needs special cleaning measures. The usual method is: first shovel the thick oil with a flat shovel and other tools, and then soak it well, and then use a small amount of caustic soda to brush the places with serious oil pollution. When brushing the movement of the cooking fume purifier, you need to wear rubber gloves to prevent caustic soda corrosion.
