First of all, the oil mist collector can be assembled horizontally. In this case, the machine interface needs to be set on the top of the machine, and at the same time, the oil mist collector should be assembled on the top. The machine interface can be connected with the air inlet of the oil mist collector through the hose for horizontal assembly.
Since there is horizontal assembly, there is obviously vertical assembly. Before assembly, the machine interface should be set on the side or top of the machine tool, and then the oil mist collector should be placed on the side of the machine tool, and the machine interface should be connected with the air inlet of the oil mist collector through the hose connection.
In addition to the horizontal and vertical, the oil mist collector can also be assembled upside down. An interface is set at the top of the machine tool, and the air inlet at the bottom of the oil mist collector is directly buckled at the interface of the machine tool.
The choice of assembly method is mainly based on the actual production workshop space size and customer demand arrangement. Some work space is small, there are many stations, and the work site is messy. It is suggested that the top assembly mode be adopted for the oil mist collector, so as to save space.
