Oil mist prevention

1. Replacing cutting fluid and its application method, adjusting production and processing parameters;

2. Replacement of cutting fluid: including avoiding the selection of pure oil production fluid and high volatile oil, and reducing the content of waste oil;

3. Improve the use of cutting fluid: adjust its speed, reduce the selection of CNC tools into the liquid, and adjust the cutting fluid pressure;

4. Change the production and processing conditions: reduce the linear speed and avoid the use of damaged CNC tools. Because the linear speed has a great influence on the oil mist, it is necessary to choose a higher feeding speed instead of the linear speed to reduce the oil mist.

1. Reduce the intensive degree of production and processing work;

2. Improve the ventilation effect of industrial buildings;
