The speed of the turntable can be increased and the polishing time should be better to remove the damaged layer of coarse polishing. After finishing polishing, the grinding surface is as bright as a mirror. No scratches can be seen in the microscope's bright field, but they can still be seen in the phase contrast lighting condition.
